This project involved precision chemical grouting at the Sanjen Hydropower Project in Rasuwa, Nepal. The work focused on sealing cracks, filling voids, and consolidating concrete and rock structures to enhance stability, prevent seepage, and improve the overall durability of the hydropower infrastructure.

Lower Likhu – Dam Repair & Chemical Grouting

This project involved the repair and strengthening of the dam structure at the Lower Likhu Hydropower Project, a 36 MW facility located in the Ramechhap–Okhaldhunga region. The work included precision chemical grouting and the application of high-strength, wear-resistant epoxy mortar to rehabilitate damaged concrete areas and restore hydraulic integrity.

Upper Balephi-A – Spillway Repair & Chemical Grouting

This project focused on the structural rehabilitation of the dam spillway at the Upper Balephi-A Hydropower Project, located in Sindhupalchowk District. The work involved applying high-strength, wear-resistant thixotropic cementitious mortar and performing chemical grouting to restore the surface integrity and control seepage in critical zones.

Upper Tamakoshi – Spillway & Culvert Repair

This project involved the structural rehabilitation of the dam spillway and box culvert at the Upper Tamakoshi Hydropower Project, Nepal’s 456 MW powerhouse located in Dolakha District. The work focused on restoring the strength and durability of hydraulic surfaces exposed to continuous high-velocity water flow and abrasion.

Upper Tamakoshi – Cementitious Grouting

This project focused on precision cementitious grouting at the Upper Tamakoshi Hydropower Project, one of Nepal’s largest hydropower plants with an installed capacity of 456 MW. The objective was to strengthen the dam and associated concrete structures by filling voids, sealing cracks, and improving structural integrity against seepage and pressure loads.

Upper Tamakoshi Hydropower Project

The Upper Tamakoshi Hydropower Project, Nepal’s largest and most prestigious hydropower initiative, faced critical structural challenges due to unforeseen flood damage. In response, an emergency repair operation was initiated to restore key infrastructure vital to national electricity supply and grid stability. As a high-priority, time-sensitive project, the repair focused on sealing concrete joints, grouting flood-damaged structures, and reinforcing high-wear zones using industry-leading construction chemical technologies.
