STRUCTURAL REPAIR AND BONDING AGENT
Repair and bonding agents are used in construction for the repairmen for their regular tasks. Bonding agents are known as the natural, compounded, or synthetic materials that are used to enhance or elevate the merging of individual members of a structure. It is done without employing any mechanical fasteners and the bonding agents are used in the repair application like the bonding of fresh concrete, sprayed concrete, or sand/cement repair mortar to harden the concrete. Bonding agents work for enhancing and improving adhesion and give commendable results in the form of long-lasting and most durable repairs. Integral bonding agents assist in the repairs that last longer. Bonding Agent, used as an admixture, makes the concrete mix elastic, thixotropic, waterproof, and resistant to frost and thaw cycles. The addition of Bonding Agent to sand and cement allows applying the mortar to any thickness and on many supports (old concrete, wood, asphalt, and others).
DIFFERENT CATEGORIES OF REPAIR AND BONDING AGENT WE DEAL WITH
STYRENE BUTADIENE RUBBER (SBR)
Description:
SBR Bonding Agent is a high-performance water-resistant bonding agent and admixture for adding to sand/cement renders cementitious flooring screeds and repair compounds. It can be used externally and internally in areas of continuous water contact. It is used for bonding of old concrete to new concrete.
Example: Perma Bond SBR

EPOXY BASED BONDING AGENT
Description:
Epoxy Bonding Agent is a two-part solvent-free bonding agent composed of liquid epoxy resin and hardener. It is used for bonding structural concrete new to old concrete and bonding agent for bricks and steel components because it gives excellent bonding properties to freshly mixed concrete/mortars, glazed bricks, tiles, etc.

CRACKFILL MORTAR
Description:
Crackfill mortar is a polymer modified repair mortar designed to fully meet the requirement of effectively filling cracks in plasters and in concrete, avoiding the use of costly sealants. It is a dry powder when mixed with water it forms a creamy consistency paste which is ready for use in filling cracks and repairing plasters.
Example: Perma Crackfill

MICROCONCRETE
Description:
Micro concrete can be defined as a formulated concrete mix, which flows easily into confined spaces, and contains relatively small aggregate. It can be used in the construction of high-strength concrete (M60 or more). Its fluidity, flow retention, and freedom from segregation and bleed make this type of concrete repair material very useful and versatile.

POLYSULPHIDE SEALANT
Description:
Polysulphide adhesives and sealants are resins that provide a flexible and chemically resistant sealing or assembly element. These are designed for joints that need to withstand prolonged immersion in liquids. Typical applications include swimming pools, fountains, cooling towers, fuel and chemical storage tanks, wastewater treatment, and petrochemical plants.
Example: Perma Polyseal

RUST & CORROSION REMOVER
Description:
It is an aqueous green liquid that removes the rust to form a protective cover around the reinforcement and other steel members. It can be applied on metal surfaces while protects it from rusting. It is an essential pre-treatment to the rears before starting concrete work. It is also a pre-treatment to steel before any epoxy or polyurethane coating.
Example: Perma Rust Remover
