EPOXY AND PU CHEMICALS
Epoxies are polymer materials that begin as liquids and are chemically changed into a solid. An epoxy-based polymer is mechanically strong, chemically resistant to degradation from chemical elements in the solid form, and highly adhesive during conversion from liquid to solid. There is a wide range of basic epoxy chemicals from which an epoxy coating system can be formulated. Epoxy coatings are used because of their outstanding chemical resistance, durability, low porosity, and strong bond strength. Epoxy coatings can be formulated to be field applied, brushed-on, rolled-on, or troweled-on. Epoxies are known for their excellent adhesion, chemical and heat resistance, good-to-excellent mechanical properties, and very good electrical insulating properties. Applications of epoxy-based materials are extensive and include coatings, adhesives, and composite materials like carbon fiber and glass-reinforced plastic. There are even special epoxy coating formulations that offer increased chemical resistance, increased temperature resistance, and the ability to be applied underwater.
DIFFERENT TYPES OF EPOXY AND PU CHEMICALS WE DEAL WITH
Low Viscosity Epoxy
Low Viscosity Epoxy is usually a two-compound epoxy. It is durable and sturdy, however, it takes longer to cure than its one-compound counterpart. These are low-odor, solvent-free, and great to use for structural injection needs. Low viscosity resin is solid, moisture intensive, and economical particles.

Epoxy Gel is a two-part adhesive consisting of an epoxy resin and a hardener, available in a convenient dual syringe. When mixed in equal volumes, the resin and hardener react to produce a tough, rigid, high strength bond in 6 minutes. The gel formulation is ideal for vertical surfaces where dripping may occur.
High Wear Resistance
Wear Resistant Epoxy is a quick-drying, tough, and protective coating with superior mechanical strength properties that can withstand exposure to fine, coarse, and large particle abrasion. It also protects against chemicals, oils, hydraulic fluids, acids, bases, severe impact, corrosion, and heat aging.

Polyurethane (PUR and PU) is a polymer composed of organic units joined by carbamate (urethane) links. Polyurethanes are used in the manufacture of high-resilience foam seating, rigid foam insulation panels, microcellular foam seals and gaskets, spray foam, durable elastomeric wheels, and tires.
